Lynne Adrine

President, LKA Strategies

Lynne has more than 30 years of experience as a broadcast journalist and senior producer with multiple television networks, including CNN, PBS NewsHour, NBC News, CBS News and ABC News. Following 12 years as the director of a graduate Washington reporting program for the Newhouse School at Syracuse University, she currently works with clients on business communications. That includes spoken, written and visual platforms, along with public presentations and media interviews.

Lynne serves on the board of directors of Journal-isms Inc., a nonprofit corporation supporting diversity issues in U.S. news media. Other advisory board positions include the Freedom Forum’s Power Shift Project and The Center for Ethical Leadership in the Media, organizations dedicated to civility, inclusion and equity in newsrooms and other work environments.

Working Together

The coaching relationship is an alliance. The client sets forth an agenda, and the coach, led by the client’s values and priorities, supports the client in moving the agenda forward.


The traditional contract establishes a minimal two-month commitment to weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions.

The average monthly fee ranges from $800 to $1,200, depending on the client’s specific needs and presenting issues.

The relationship usually begins with an intake session which may last up to two hours. Sessions can be conducted virtually, in person, or in combination.
